Mumbai News : महाराष्ट्र में अंबेडकर जयंती के अवसर पर डीजे (DJ ) बजाया जा रहा था. सभी उत्साह में अंबेडकर जयंती का जश्न मना रहे थे. तभी अचानक डीजे की आवाज इतनी अधिक तेज थी कि सभी लोगों का सिर अचानक से सुन्न होने लगा.
डीजे (DJ) की तेज आवाज सुनकर 250 व्यक्तियों की अचानक तबीयत बिगड़ गई. किसी को कुछ सुनाई नहीं दे रहा था. तब अफरा-तफरी मच गई. इन सभी रोगियों को 70 चिकित्सालयों में भर्ती करा दिया गया है. पुलिस को इस घटना की खबर प्राप्त होने के बाद इसपर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है.
दरअसल, 14 अप्रैल को डॉ. बाबा साहब अंबेडकर की जयंती पर देशभर में क्रांति चौक पर सभी गाने की धुन पर मग्न थे. पुणे से 15 डीजे को शहर के आयोजन में बुलाया गया था. युवाओं ने कानफोड़ू डीजे के सामने खूब डांस किया. इन डीजे की आवाज लगभग 150 डेसिबल तक होती है. वहां उपस्थित लोगों की तबीयत डीजे की आवाज सुनकर बिगड़ गई.
डीजे की आवाज सुनकर बीमार होने वाले लोगों की उम्र हैरान करने वाली है. इसमें बीमार होने वाले लोगों में वृद्ध नहीं बल्कि युवाओं का आंकड़ा ज्यादा है. डीजे की आवाज सुनकर 17 से 40 साल के लोगों के कान सुन्न पड़ गए. इस उम्र के 250 मरीजों को अस्पताल पहुंचाने की नौबत आ गई है.
तय सीमा से अधिक आवाज में डीजे बजाने के लिए तीन सर्किल बुक किए गए हैं. क्रांति चौक पुलिस ने ध्वनि प्रदूषण अधिनियम का उल्लंघन करने पर भारतीय दंड संहिता के साथ-साथ पर्यावरण संरक्षण अधिनियम एवं ध्वनि प्रदूषण विनियमन और नियंत्रण अधिनियम के तहत तीन सर्किलों पर मामला दर्ज किया है. डॉक्टरों के अनुसार, डीजे की आवाज सुनकर यदि कान सुन्न पड़ जाते हैं, तो तुरंत डॉक्टरों को संपर्क करें. 72 घंटों की देरी के पश्चात् व्यक्ति के बहरे होने की भी संभावना है.
